USAGE
HOW TO USE:

2. Spray a small amount onto your skin from 25-30 cm away.

3. Apply to body areas in contact with the pole, excluding palms and feet.

4. Use forearms, not palms, to spread the product.

5. Apply to palms and feet only if needed/super dry.

6. Wait 30-60 seconds for it to dry.
